The Chapel on the Campus was established in 1972 by a group of people who were concerned for the spiritual needs of students on the LSU campus. They called Donald Tabb as the founding pastor. During the first three years, The Chapel met in many different locations.
Evangelism Ministry focuses on spreading the message of the Gospel, with the goal of bringing people into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. This ministry involves actively sharing the good news of salvation.
We believe Jesus accepts us just as we are, but loves us too much to leave us there.
We trust God’s Word to be sufficient and relevant to direct everything we do.
